Prices as published on each clinic's own website in October 2026; AUD rounded to the nearest AU$50. "Not stated" means the clinic's published price list does not say. Brand names and countries of origin are shown in the clinic's own wording. A guarantee is a commercial term set by the clinic, not evidence of how long the work lasts, and may be honoured only at that clinic. Google review counts are shown as bands.
How we put these numbers together
Prices were taken from the clinics' own published price lists on 10 October 2026, converted at 1 AUD = 0.6978 USD, 0.6228 EUR, 0.5275 GBP, 18,055 VND, 23.4058 THB (open.er-api.com, 10 October 2026) and rounded to the nearest AU$50. We checked 100 clinics in Vietnam, Thailand and Turkey; 28 publish a price for this treatment, across 62 price lines (a clinic that prices several implant brands appears once per brand, under the same letter). The priced clinics are in Thailand: Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Phuket; Turkey: Antalya, Istanbul; Vietnam: Da Nang, Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City. Ranges are of starting prices; where a clinic publishes a range, both ends are shown in the table. Where a group has an even number of lines, its middle figure is the midpoint of the two central lines. A line that names more than one brand is counted under the first brand it names, and a line that states only a country of origin is grouped as origin stated, brand not named; the table shows each label in the clinic's own words. Where a clinic shows a promotional price beside its list price, the list price is used. Clinic names are withheld at the clinics' request; the full source list is on file and is shared with you in your written quote. "From" prices are the clinic's own starting price; what each includes is shown exactly as the clinic states it.
- Exchange rates: 1 AUD = 0.6978 USD, 0.6228 EUR, 0.5275 GBP, 18,055 VND, 23.4058 THB (open.er-api.com, 10 October 2026).
- Rounding: nearest AU$50. Conversions use the full rate; the rates above are shown to four decimals, and the dong rate to the nearest dong. Figures are the clinics' published prices, not quotes from us, and can change without notice.
- Clinics checked: 100. Clinics publishing a price for this treatment: 28. Data compiled 10 October 2026. Price lines not shown: 35 held for review (the unit or inclusions were not clear on the page); 1 low confidence; 3 published for a different unit (other); 3 published for a different unit (per package).
- Exchange-rate source: open.er-api.com (ExchangeRate-API), daily reference rates.
- Where this guide refers to what patients report about booking services, it draws on 203 public Trustpilot reviews of 3 treatment-abroad booking services, read in July 2026, on a platform the companies cannot edit. Those are reviews of booking services, not of the clinics on this page; the files and counts are kept on record.
- We do not publish clinic names on this site at the clinics' request. Your written quote names the clinic and carries its current price list. How we gather and refresh these figures, and how we are paid, is set out on how we price these guides.
The all-in arithmetic

Time on the ground
16 of the 28 clinics priced on this page state a stay length on their own site; their figures run from 1 to 24 days, over 1 or 2 visits. The spread is wide because a first visit for surgery and a later visit for final teeth are counted differently by different clinics.
Typical protocol only. Your clinic confirms visits and days after seeing your scans.
Treatment starting price (per arch) plus one return fare, by country
- Thailand: about AU$9,800 to AU$23,350
- Turkey: about AU$3,550 to AU$14,650
- Vietnam: about AU$5,750 to AU$13,700
Rounded to the nearest AU$50. Most clinics describe two trips for a full arch, and only one fare is counted here. Hotel, meals, insurance and our coordination fee are on top.
Vietnam, Thailand or Turkey for a full arch: the short answer
There is no single answer, and this page does not pick one. Vietnam, Thailand and Turkey differ on three things you can check from Australia: what clinics publish, what the price includes, and what the trip costs in fares and days away. The blocks above carry the figures, and all of our cost guides carry the city detail.
- Vietnam: the narrowest band of starting prices (AU$5,100 to AU$11,650), the lowest Sydney fare found (AU$643) and the only clinic that prices both arches.
- Thailand: the highest band (AU$8,950 to AU$21,350), the most price lines (22) and the lowest Brisbane fare found (AU$1,043).
- Turkey: the lowest starting figure (AU$2,150), the highest starting fares from both cities, and the lists most likely to spell out temporary teeth and transfers.
How to read the ranges and the lettered table
A “from” price is the clinic’s own starting figure, and each country’s range is a range of those; the quote you get after your scans can sit above it. The range block groups lines by the brand named on the price line, and “Brand not stated” means the list does not say. Prices for both arches sit in their own group and are never halved. The lettered table has one row per clinic and brand, with letters assigned for this page only.

Vietnamese lists name Neodent or Nobel Biocare most often. In Thailand, Straumann is named most often, and its lines sit at or above the Thai middle figure. SIC lines sit around it; the top Thai line names no brand. Turkish lists run from unnamed brands at the bottom of the whole survey to Straumann at the top of the Turkish band. City detail: All-on-4 in Da Nang, All-on-4 in Bangkok and All-on-4 in Istanbul.
What a published price includes, and what it leaves out
Start with the implant brand. In Turkey and Vietnam the lowest figure comes from a line that names no brand. A low “from” figure with no brand tells you less than a higher one that names a brand.
Then the number of implants. Some clinics publish All-on-6 as a separate, higher line; others publish one full-arch figure and decide the count after the scan. Our survey pools All-on-4, All-on-6 and other full-arch protocols into one per-arch figure, so ask which protocol a figure describes.
The prosthesis material is the next variable. The temporary teeth are usually an acrylic (PMMA) bridge; the final set may be acrylic on a titanium bar, a ceramic-layered bridge or monolithic zirconia. The per-arch price moves with that choice, so material and bar type belong in the written quote.
What the price bundles differs by country. Of the 20 Turkish lines, 14 state temporary teeth, 11 state final teeth and 9 state airport transfers. Of the 22 Thai lines, 13 state final teeth, 2 state temporary teeth and none states transfers. Of the 15 Vietnamese per-arch lines, 8 state final teeth, 4 state temporary teeth and 4 state transfers.
Part of the gap between countries is local costs and part is currency. The lists are published in euros, pounds, US dollars, baht and dong, all converted on one day at the rate in the methodology box. One Vietnamese list is published in Australian dollars. A quarter later the gap can widen or narrow for no clinical reason. For fewer teeth, see single implant cost in Da Nang and single implant cost in Istanbul.
What the price does not tell you
Price alone misses the problems that recur in the public patient reviews we read for this corridor (see the methodology box). The price list itself is seldom their subject.
The quote that changes after the scan
The published figure is for the simplest case. Once a CT scan shows thin bone, extractions, a bone graft or a sinus lift, the figure moves, and the time to learn that is before you fly. Ask for a written, itemised quote after your scans are reviewed, with every extra priced.
Who actually treats you
A price list does not say who places the implants. Ask for the treating dentist’s name and registration before any money moves, and for a written undertaking to tell you if that person changes. If the answer is “our surgical team”, keep asking until it is a person.
Deposits and refunds
Deposit, refund and cancellation terms belong in writing, dated and tied to the named procedure, before you pay. Read what happens if your scans change the plan, if you cancel, or if the clinic does. A deposit taken before the terms are written is a documented complaint in those reviews.
The gap between trip one and trip two
The gap that matters most sits between implants placed on trip one and final teeth fitted on trip two. Agree in writing which stage each trip covers, who you call in the first fortnight home, and who pays for an adjustment. Then no contract can expire with the bridge still owed.
How fast they answer
Note the response time to your first message and to your first hard question; slow replies after payment are another complaint that recurs. Read reviews only on platforms the clinic cannot edit, with attention to patients from Australia and New Zealand. A page that shows nothing but praise is one you cannot assess.
Aftercare once you are home
The Australian Dental Association has warned publicly about the risks of dental tourism and spoken out on dental tourism and misleading advertising. Its warning is that complications from overseas work can be hard and costly to manage at home, and that patients often do not budget for the cost of maintaining complex dental work.
A written aftercare plan names who you call in the first fortnight home and who does each review and when. It also says who pays if the bridge needs adjusting and what the clinic does if a problem appears. Before you book:
- Check the Australian dentist who will maintain the work on the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) register. Ask in advance whether they will see implants placed overseas, since no page can promise that, and give them your implant passport and baseline X-rays.
- Our own check-ins after you are home are written into your plan; how our coordination and check-ins work sets out the rest.
Implant brands and materials: what to check before you fly
The brands on the three countries’ price lists overlap more than the prices do; the table above lists them by country. No brand is described here as better than another. The aim is to know which one goes into your jaw and whether an Australian dentist can source parts for it.
- Get the implant brand, model and lot numbers in writing before you book, and ask for an implant passport after surgery.
- Look the brand’s sponsor up on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods (ARTG). An Australian dentist is far more likely to be able to source parts for a brand listed there.
- Have the prosthesis material, the bar type and who makes the final bridge named in the quote, for both the temporary and the final teeth.
- Ask for the clinic’s written warranty wording. Check what it covers, for how long, whether it needs clinic reviews to stay valid, and what it pays if a part fails in Australia.
- Ask whether the multi-unit abutments and screws are the implant maker’s own parts.
Flights, stay and visits from Australia
Clinics describe a full arch as one or two trips, and the two-trip pattern is surgery and temporary teeth first, then the final bridge some months later. Of the 28 priced clinics, 16 state a stay, giving 1 to 24 days over 1 or 2 visits. Your clinic confirms days and visits after your scans; whether you may fly within days of surgery is a question for that clinic.
Da Nang from Sydney and Brisbane
Return economy fares quoted on 10 October 2026 for 23 November to 2 December 2026 ran AU$643 to AU$2,056 from Sydney and AU$1,156 from Brisbane. Three Vietnamese lines bundle airport transfers and 5 hotel nights with the temporary teeth and list the final teeth as extra, so plan for two trips.
Bangkok from Sydney and Brisbane
Fares on the same dates ran AU$854 to AU$1,132 from Sydney and AU$1,043 to AU$2,005 from Brisbane. No Thai line states transfers or hotel nights, so the whole trip sits on top of the published figure.
Istanbul from Sydney and Brisbane
Fares ran AU$1,405 to AU$1,811 from Sydney and AU$1,560 to AU$1,774 from Brisbane. Turkish lists are the most likely of the three to bundle transfers and temporary teeth, and one line bundles 5 hotel nights. The published figure therefore covers more of the first trip; the second trip is a second return fare.
For annual leave, count both trips plus the days the clinic states for each, and book the second only when its date is set in writing. Basic travel insurance policies rarely cover medical tourism, and may not cover complications; Smartraveller’s page on going overseas for a medical procedure explains what to check.
How Treat Me Global works on this corridor
Treat Me Global is a neutral third party based in Brisbane, founded by someone who coordinated dental treatment inside Australian clinics; who we are has the background. We send you the clinics behind this guide and an itemised written quote. It carries the clinic’s published price for your brand and protocol, every stated extra, the stay and aftercare plans, and our fee as a separate line. You pay us one flat coordination fee, quoted in writing before you commit; clinics pay us nothing, so we have no reason to steer you toward one country. The first consult is free, and the contact page is there when you want the names.
Questions people ask us
Which country has the lowest published full-arch prices: Vietnam, Thailand or Turkey?
Published starting prices run AU$5,100 to AU$11,650 per arch in Vietnam, AU$8,950 to AU$21,350 in Thailand and AU$2,150 to AU$12,850 in Turkey. Turkey has the lowest starting and middle figures (AU$2,150 and AU$5,900), Thailand the highest (AU$8,950 and AU$13,650), and Vietnam sits between (AU$5,100 and AU$7,850). Which brand a line names moves the figure too, so compare lines that name the same brand.
How long do I need to stay for All-on-4 in Vietnam, Thailand or Turkey?
As long as your clinic states. Of the 28 priced clinics, 16 publish a stay, giving 1 to 24 days over 1 or 2 visits. The clinic confirms days and visits after your CT scan, and we put that plan in writing before you book flights or leave.
Can a full arch be done in one trip?
Usually not all of it. The two-trip pattern puts surgery and temporary teeth on the first visit and the final bridge on a second, after the healing period the clinic sets. Some clinics state a single-visit protocol; ask after your scans and get the answer in writing.
Will an Australian dentist look after implants placed overseas?
Some will and some will not; no guide can promise either. Ask your own dentist before you book, check their registration on the AHPRA register, and have the written aftercare plan name who does each review.
Do Australians need a visa for Vietnam, Thailand or Turkey?
Entry rules change; this page does not state them. Check the current requirements for an Australian passport on Smartraveller’s pages for Vietnam, Thailand and Türkiye, its spelling for Turkey, and re-check in the week before you book flights. We repeat the check when we build your itinerary.
Our vetting checklist
Before a clinic goes on your shortlist, we check these seven things and show you the evidence.
- 1 The clinic is registered with its national dental authority and the treating dentist is named before you book.
- 2 The implant brand and the prosthesis material are written into the quote, not left as "premium" or "imported".
- 3 The quote is itemised: implants, temporary teeth, final teeth, scans, extractions, bone work, and what each visit covers.
- 4 Deposit, refund and cancellation terms are in writing before any money moves.
- 5 Aftercare is agreed in writing before you fly: who you call, what happens at home, and who pays for what.
- 6 Reviews are read on platforms the clinic cannot edit, with attention to patients from Australia and New Zealand.
- 7 The clinic gives a stay plan with days and visits, so flights and leave can be booked with confidence.
We share the evidence for each point with your written quote.
